2026 Road Race Applications
KwaZulu-Natal Athletics road race applications are open, and the closing date is Friday, 06 June 2025 at 12h00. No late applications will be accepted.
Please note the following:
- Incomplete form will not be accepted.
- Forms not accompanied by POP with the correct amount will not be accepted.
- It is compulsory for clubs who have not yet hosted their races in 2025 to pay race deposits. Clubs cannot carry over race deposits of races that have not taken place, as that deposit is reserved for the 2025 race.
- Clubs who have had their race in 2025 are liable to pay 2026 race deposits as they would have deducted their race deposits prior to settling their race levies.
- We have not yet received the ASA draft fixture for clubs to check before submitting proposed dates.
- KZNA QGM will be taking place on the 14th July 2025. It is compulsory for a race organising club to send their race organiser/representative where the 1st draft will be presented and discussed.
