PHASE 1 ENTRIES:
- Closes on Wednesday, 23 September 2026 at 16h00.
- Clubs will receive team lists for verification on the evening on Wednesday, 23 September 2026.
- All corrections must be emailed to entries@kznathletics.co.za by Thursday, 24 September 2026 at 10h00.
PHASE 2 ENTRIES:
- Open on Thursday, 24 September 2026 at 10h00.
- All Phase 2 corrections must be emailed to entries@kznathletics.co.za by Friday, 25 September 2026 at 10h00.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
PHASE 1 FEES:
- Entry Fee: R50 per athlete (payable during the entry process through Webtickets, no entries or payments will be accepted at the gate or on the day of the event)
- Temporary Licence: R40 (Junior Athlete) and R60 (Senior Athlete) (payable during the entry process through Webtickets. Temporary Licence payments will not be accepted at the gate or on the day of the event)
- Spectator fee: R50 (payable at the gate on the day of the event only)
- Parking: R50 (payable at the gate on the day of the event only)
- Only EFT or Card payments will be accepted at the gate (Spectator/Parking only).
PHASE 2 FEES:
- Licenced Entry: R100
- Unlicenced Entry: R140
- Unlicenced Senior: R160
