2027 Cross Country Event Application
KwaZulu-Natal Athletics (KZNA) is pleased to announce that applications are now open for clubs and affiliated schools wishing to host the following 2027 Cross Country events:
- Cross Country League Meetings
- District Cross Country Championships
- Provincial Cross Country Championship
Interested clubs and affiliated schools are requested to complete the attached application form and submit it to the KZNA Office no later than 12h00 on Friday, 04 September 2026.
As part of our strategic objectives for the 2027 Cross Country season, KZNA aims to provide quality competition opportunities across all districts through a well-structured calendar of league meetings and championship events. We encourage applications from capable hosts who are committed to delivering events that meet the standards required by the Federation.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the clubs and schools that have hosted Cross Country events in previous years. Your dedication and commitment have contributed significantly to the continued growth and success of cross country in KwaZulu-Natal, with this progress reflected in the performances of our athletes at National Championships.
KZNA also warmly encourages new clubs and affiliated schools to submit applications. By broadening our host base, we can strengthen the delivery of league meetings and championship events while expanding opportunities for athletes throughout the province.
